This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. M-F schedule with two evenings. A Masters degree and independent license is required for this position. We will consider well qualified provisionally licensed clinicians. The Therapist delivers quality mental health services and programming associated with grief and loss, and life transitions to all adults and children, as well as provides direct clinical services to children and their families.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or other mental health field.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with children and parents, in groups, individually, and family sessions to address psychological and emotional challenges.
Complete family intake with all residents to determine services needed.
Works with Clinical Director and other therapists on staff to coordinate services.
Ensure quality services are provided.
Participate in bi-weekly clinical meetings and weekly intake meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Provide evidenced-based, culturally competent care.
Deliver training and workshops as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner
Participate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders and community leaders
Other duties as assigned

This position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults under the supervision of our clinical leadership team. M-F schedule with two evenings.
We are a training center and accept interns all year round. We are currently accepting interns in Clinical Mental Health, School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy programs. We have licensed Clinical Supervisors on staff to provide individual (administrative and clinical supervision) and group supervision.
You must be enrolled in an accredited Masters or doctoral degree program.
Our interns are trained to work with clients who are experiencing grief and loss, and life transitions to all adults and children, as well as provide direct clinical services to children and their families.
Our interns are in their final year of study and commit to a one-year placement at our site.

Phoenix Wellness Group is a BIPOC-centered mental health group practice specializing in transitions and trauma support. Our capture areas are specific to Georgia and Florida, offering only telehealth services. We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented individual to support day-to-day operations and shape positive client/clinician experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all methods of client requests for services (phone, email, TherapyNotes)
Complete client screening and provide intake docs for completion
Schedule client appointments and manage clinician calendars
Verify insurance benefits and communicate copayment
Entering/updating client data into EHR system
Required Qualifications:
Confidence to work independently with openness to constructive feedback
Effective interpersonal skills and speaking with new people
Excellent organization and time management skills
Problem solving prowess without explicit guidance
Tech savvy with online systems/tools
Highly Preferred Qualifications
Medical billing experience
Experience with HIPAA compliant systems
Experience in mental health/practice setting
Experience with EHR, TherapyNotes specifically
Salary and Benefits:
This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. Starting salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience
